About this LoongBuy guide and how it is funded
This site is written by a small editorial desk with no access to any LoongBuy account, warehouse or claim. It cannot file, escalate, review or pay anything, and it has never seen your parcel.
One revenue line funds it. The outbound links carry an invitation code; if somebody opens an account that way and then buys something, this desk is paid a share by the operator. Nothing is added to what the buyer pays, and nothing was added to what this guide says, which is why most of its length is spent on the circumstances in which the thing it is paid to recommend will not pay anyone back.
Behind loongbuy.com stands LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, registration number 76689549, registered in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Behind this guide stands an editorial desk, reachable at [email protected].
- RUL-01
Every clause names its page and that page's date
Five official pages do the work here. Each quotation carries the page name and the Updated date printed on it, not the day we visited.
- RUL-02
Periods the pages do not quantify are never invented
There is exactly one number anywhere in the official help set for a reporting deadline: 72 hours after delivery. Everywhere else this site writes the platform's stated period, because writing a figure would be making one up.
- RUL-03
No advice on under-declaring
The declared value page sets out both consequences and stops. Telling readers what to put in a customs field is not something a guide funded by a referral link should be doing.
- RUL-04
No outcome promises
Nothing here predicts what a review will decide. The pages describe inputs and exclusions; they do not describe outcomes, and neither does this site.
When each clause here is checked again
Shorter intervals where the pages themselves change most often. A recheck that finds nothing different is written down too.
| Clause | Items | Interval | Due |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anything the operator revised this autumn, plus the ceiling, the exclusions and the one reporting period that carries a figure | 9 | 90 days | 9 January 2027 |
| Clauses that have held since April: liability limits, packaging, storage, the restriction classes, insurance and the currency rule | 9 | 120 days | 8 February 2027 |
| Things that move without an announcement: the notice feed, the zero service fee wording, and whether the invitation code still pre-fills | 3 | 60 days | 10 December 2026 |
| The registered company, its number and its support hours | 1 | 180 days | 9 April 2027 |
Reporting a mistake here, and the four refusals that stand behind it
Write to [email protected] with the address of the page and the sentence you believe is wrong. Where the official page is reachable it is rechecked the same day, the text is fixed, and the change is recorded with its date. Nothing is edited quietly.
What gets published
Two kinds
Clauses from named official pages with the date those pages carry, and statements about this site's own method. Nothing else.
What does not
Four kinds
Invented deadlines. Predictions about what a review will decide. Advice on what to declare to customs. Anything about an individual parcel, including yours.
Four checks for choosing an agent
This page's two tests, dated clauses and a written list of refusals, expand into four checks for choosing an agent. All four run on an agent's public help pages, with no account, no order and nothing bought. For each check, look for one document; its absence is itself the finding.
- PAYOUT
A compensation clause with a named measure
Find the sentence that says what a payout is measured against. LoongBuy's Parcel Delivery Notes page, updated 14 April 2026, says compensation for forwarding orders is usually limited to the declared value, a figure the buyer types. Without that sentence, the measure gets chosen after your claim.
- SCOPE
An inspection scope that lists its exclusions
Look for what the check does not cover. LoongBuy's Inspection Information, updated 4 September 2026, lists exclusions: seller-disclosed flaws, fit, slight colour deviation, authenticity, function testing. This document goes missing most often; publishing refusals reads as an admission. Its absence matters most, since complaints die on exclusions before any cap is tested.
- STORAGE
A storage clock with a maximum and a consequence
Advertised free days mean little without the end state. LoongBuy's Storage page, updated 21 April 2026, states both: 90 days free, a 180 day maximum, and past that no response is treated as abandonment, with ownership passing to LoongBuy. Read for the maximum and what follows it.
- ROUTES
A restriction list that names categories
A real list names categories. LoongBuy's Shipping Restrictions, updated 14 April 2026, names batteries, liquids, perfume, food and medicine, knives, watches and eyewear, and puts mis-declaration that ends in return, seizure or destruction on the buyer. A page that only gestures at restricted items defers the refusal to packing day.
A note on other shopping agents
This guide covers one agent and does not rank the field. Nothing verified about any competitor appears here, so no competitor is named, priced or scored. What follows is the only honest route to a comparison between agents, and a warning that applies to this page as much as any other.
The portability of the four checks
Compensation measure, inspection exclusions, storage maximum with its consequence, named restriction categories: the four checks above run on other shopping agents' published pages exactly as they run here. Compare what is written, not what is promised. An agent that fails on paper has already told you how a dispute ends.
The quiet pull of single-agent guides
A guide written about one agent will quietly flatter it. Familiarity does this as reliably as commission; the author stops testing claims the agent has met once already. Read any single-agent guide, this one included, as a dated record of clauses, not as a verdict on the agent against the field.
The signs to distrust in any guide
An undated clause, because terms change and the quotation may already be dead. A claim with no official page to check it against, because an unverifiable claim is an opinion. A list of upsides with no list of refusals, because the refusals decide your claim. Apply all of it to this page first.
The record of changes to this guide
A guide that dates other people's clauses should date its own. This log records when the guide was last updated and what changed, with the reason beside each entry. Entries carry the most precise date that holds, a day where one is known, otherwise the month. Newest entries sit at the top.
- 11 October 2026
Every quoted clause read against the live official help pages. Quotations age quietly, and a dated re-read is the only thing that keeps each one answerable.
- 11 October 2026
The official inspection scope re-read in full. Its source carries the date 4 September 2026, which is newer than every other clause quoted here, so it was the one most likely to have moved.
- October 2026
The guide rebuilt on its current set of pages. The rebuild put every clause beside its date and the page it came from, which is the whole claim this guide makes for itself.
- October 2026
Four older addresses folded in. A flaws page into the claims page, a grades page into the denials page, a reading page into the record page, and a sizing page into the catalogue. Fewer pages leave fewer places for a stale clause to sit.
- October 2026
Perfume replaced by collectibles in the catalogue illustrations. Perfume is on the published restricted list as a liquid, so a tile for it was advertising a category many routes will not carry.
