How to read LoongBuy QC photos and order records
The agreement states what a claim is reviewed on. Three of the four inputs exist whether or not you do anything; the fourth is empty by default and is the one most complaints are missing.
LoongBuy has the right to review and process claims based on carrier feedback, warehouse records, signature records, claim materials, and platform rules.
Official LoongBuy International Parcel Shipping Agreement page, updated 17 April 2026 · checked 11 October 2026
| Input | Who produces it | What it can settle |
|---|---|---|
| Carrier feedback | The carrier | Whether the parcel moved, where it stopped, and what the carrier is prepared to admit. |
| Warehouse records | LoongBuy | What arrived, what the inspection found, what was packed and when it left. |
| Signature records | The last mile | Whether it was delivered, signed, or signed by an agent. This one can close a claim on its own. |
| Claim materials | You | Everything the other three cannot see: the state of the carton, what was inside, what was missing. |

A visible detail and an unanswered question are different findings.
Use the bag-detail photograph above as a small worked example. It shows the front seam, flap edge and button area closely enough to describe their visible condition. It does not show the inside compartments, the reverse of the fastening or the item being used. Record the narrow conclusion first: “front fastening visible”; keep “inside pocket not shown” as a separate question.
If the inside pocket matters to your purchase, request that view while the goods are accessible. If a length matters, name the start and end points and the unit. “Measure the shoulder strap from attachment to attachment in centimetres” gives a different instruction from “check the bag”. Confirm availability and any extra charge before authorising a service.
Match the photo set to the exact order and version before judging a difference. A seller listing may offer the same exterior with several sizes or linings. Save the option you selected alongside the relevant image. When the image cannot answer a question, mark it unknown rather than treating the absence of a warning as proof.
For a discrepancy, ask for one explicit action: clarification, a detail image, a hold before packing or a seller-return inquiry. Keep the response and applicable deadline with the order. The photograph helps document the issue; the current return or claim conditions decide what can happen next.
What the warehouse already holds about your parcel
Most of the file is written before you ever have a problem. Knowing what is in it tells you what you do not need to prove.
- REC-A
The inspection result and the standard photographs
Three to seven standard photographs per eligible item, covering what can be seen from outside, the labels carrying the order fields, and how it was wrapped on arrival. They hang on the order, and their existence is itself the timestamp.
- REC-B
The comparison the inspection made
Where usable product information was available, the warehouse compared the item with the order information and the identifiable details on the seller listing. Where the listing was unusable, that comparison did not happen, and nothing in the record will say it did.
- REC-C
The packing and the measurement
What was packed, what it weighed and what it measured. This is what a weight or contents dispute is argued against.
- REC-D
Any add-on you bought
Detailed photographs, measurement, video and the packing services are chosen on the order page. Whatever you bought is a record that exists; whatever you declined is also a record, and the packaging clause reads it that way.

When to look at the record, which is earlier than you think
The record is most useful while the parcel is still in the warehouse, because that is the only point where looking at it can still change something.
Read the photographs against the listing
Style, colour, labelled size, quantity. These four are what the comparison covered, so these four are what a photograph can support.
Ask for what is missing
Additional photographs, a measurement or a video are available as add-ons, and the inspection page asks for such requests to be made before international shipment.
The record stops growing
From here the file gains carrier feedback and signature records, and nothing else you can influence.
What the file turns into once something is wrong

The QC photographs as evidence, not reassurance
Reading the QC photos as reassurance asks whether the item looks good. Reading them as evidence asks whether they record the fields the check compares and the condition on arrival; that set is what a pre-shipment return rests on. Expect 3 to 7 photographs, with count and angles varying by category, size and packaging (the Inspection Information page, updated 4 September 2026).
- MATCH
The fields the standard check compares
Standard QC is a prohibited and restricted goods screen, an order-information match, a main visible exterior check, photographs and repacking. Check each image shows the colour, the size label and the exterior; a field never photographed cannot anchor a dispute.
- EXCLUDED
The exclusion list every category shares
Outside the check for every category: flaws the seller already disclosed, subjective feel and fit, slight colour and size deviation, non-critical print differences, authenticity, material identification, internal structure and function testing. A clean set proves nothing about anything on this list.
- SEALED
Sealed items and the RMB 500 shoe rule
Sealed items are not opened: shrink wrap, tamper seals, protective film, hygiene seals, and packaging whose opening would affect return or collectible value. Those photographs record a box, not the item. On shoes under RMB 500, small-area shoebox damage is not treated as an abnormality, and actual fit is not checked.
- ADD-ONS
Add-ons that widen the record
Detail photographs, measurements (shoe inner length, garment length, chest width, sleeve length) and video widen the record for a fee. Buy measurements where size matters, since slight deviation sits outside the standard check. Electrical function testing is marked "Coming Later"; nothing yet proves a device powers on.
Which categories get judged on arrival, and which do not

The case for LoongBuy, and the cases against
This guide applies one test to any agent: judge it by what it publishes and dates, not by what it promises. On that test, the answer to why LoongBuy is a fair pick sits in its paperwork; the same paperwork also says plainly when to use another agent. Both halves follow.
- DATED
A paper trail that carries dates
The inspection scope carries a revision date, 4 September 2026; the shipping agreement is numbered and dated 17 April 2026; storage runs on a published clock with a stated end (Storage page, 21 April 2026). Check each page's date before relying on it.
- CHECKABLE
Rules a buyer can verify before paying
A restriction list names what travels badly, so route narrowing can be predicted rather than discovered. The anti-fraud notice of 27 April 2026 states payment happens only inside the system after signing in, and support never asks for a full card number, a CVV or a verification code. Test any demand against that.
- RESTRICTED
Restricted goods and the narrowing route list
Batteries, liquids and perfume, food, knives, watches and eyewear sit on the restricted list, and the system filters routes from the restriction tags of everything in the parcel. Where a buyer's purchases live on that list, an agent with more routes for the class is the better choice.
- GAPS
The gaps that point to another agent
Electrical function testing is marked "Coming Later" on the Add-ons page, so a buyer who needs proof a device powers on should use an agent that tests now. Support runs 9:00 to 18:30, Monday to Saturday, Beijing time; anyone needing help outside those hours should pick accordingly.
